Menesse on the Beach is the most luxurious developement of Menesse and the closest to the beach. This is a magnific condo that has a perfect location. A rooftop with astonishing ocean views that will leave you breathless. Take a sunbath and then refresh your body in the infinity pool or jacuzzi.
Location – Why is this the best location in Playa del Carmen? Menesse on the Beach is located at the newest part of Playa del Carmen. Between la 5ta Avenida (200m) and the beach (200m). Between the two best beach clubs of Playa del Carmen: Playa Mamitas (300m) and Diablito Cha Cha Cha (250m). If you want to be isolated from tourists just pass Diablito Cha Cha Cha and walk 200m more. The best restaurants, the ones that locals and playa-experts go to, are few blocks away: El Pirata (250 m), Las Hijas de la Tostada (250m), La Cueva del Chango (200m) and Chez Celine (350m). Far enough from the party zone to escape the noise and have a peaceful sleep. But close enough if you want to walk your way into the night (15 min walking). Workstation with desktop, ethernet cable, epson workforce printer/scanner. All you need to work properly.
Kitchen – Modern graphite stone counters, professional stainless kitchenware set, toaster, oven, dishwasher, coffee machine and all the cookware necessary to make a gourmet meal.
Living Room – Big Smart TV (Sharp 60”) with cable so you can watch your football games or a movie on Netflix. A big couch and an extra sofa than can be used as a bed to sleep for two persons. Blueray and also a Samsung 360° Wireless, Bluetooth Multiroom sound system. Listen to your favorite music or watch a movie with Telmex 100 Gigabit Ethernet connection (the fastest and the best internet that exists in Playa).
General Decoration – The condo has a modern, clean, elegant and original mix of mexican decorations and furniture. It is finely equilibrated. At the same time gives an impression of style, joy, adventure and happiness that adapts to Playa del Carmen. All of what vacations should be about.
