10. Trash and Recycling

Please help us keep the apartment fresh, clean, and comfortable throughout your stay by disposing of trash regularly, especially food waste and packaging.

Trash disposal

In Mexico City, household trash is often collected directly by the city truck rather than through fixed bins, and collection times may vary throughout the day. For this reason, we kindly ask guests to keep trash properly bagged inside the apartment until it can be handed directly to the collection truck.

If you happen to hear the trash truck passing by, you may hand the bagged trash directly to the sanitation staff. Please make sure all bags are well closed before disposal.

Important

  • Please do not leave trash in common areas, hallways, or outside the apartment door.
  • To avoid odors and maintain the apartment in excellent condition, we especially appreciate the regular disposal of food waste.
  • If you are unsure, please feel free to contact us and we will be happy to guide you.

Recycling

Recycling procedures may vary locally. If you would like to separate recyclables during your stay, please contact us and we will gladly let you know the best way to do so.

11. Cleaning During the Stay

The apartment is professionally cleaned before each arrival.

During your stay, we kindly ask that you maintain the apartment in reasonable condition.

For longer stays:

  • Extra cleaning can be arranged upon request, subject to availability and additional cost.

12. Laundry Machine

The apartment includes a combined washer-dryer for your convenience. To wash, load the clothes, add detergent to the dispenser, choose the appropriate cycle, and start the machine. Common wash settings include options for everyday clothes, whites, colors, delicates, bulky items, quick loads, and sanitize.

Before using the dryer, please clean the lint filter, then place only dryer-safe items inside, select the desired drying cycle, and start. Please avoid overloading the machine and check garment care labels before drying, as some fabrics may shrink or be damaged with heat.

Important: Please always clean the lint filter before each drying cycle and never use the dryer without the lint filter in place.
